How do I return items paid for using Afterpay?
You can return any item you are unhappy with back to Lorraine Lea in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Refunds will be processed and communicated to you via Afterpay shortly after Lorraine Lea processes the returned item/s. The returned item/s will create an adjusted Afterpay payment schedule or a complete refund of payments to date (depending on if all the original orders item/s are returned).
How to initiate return?
If you purchased your order online, login to your Lorraine Lea account or proceed as a guest and download the Returns Form from the Returns section under FAQs.
